Jo Lindner, Fitness Influencer Dies of Aneurysm

    -

Jo Lindner, the German influencer famously known as Joesthetics, died last week due to an aneurysm. The 30-year-old, who had a massive 8.5 million followers on Instagram and over 940k subscribers on YouTube, used to share tips and tricks on fitness regularly.

According to Cleveland Clinic, an aneurysm occurs when the weakened section of an artery bulges outward, creating a blister-like bump. This is caused when constant blood flow puts pressure on the weak portion and forces it to stretch outward. It can also cause a burst if the pressure becomes too much.

When the aneurysm ruptures, it causes internal bleeding and can sometimes be lethal. An aneurysm is expected in the brain, aorta, neck, kidney, intestines, and spleen. A ruptured aneurysm can also lead to a life-threatening stroke. It can be diagnosed with the help of a CT scan, MRI scan, or an invasive test called a cerebral angiogram, which involves injecting dye into an artery and taking pictures of the blood vessels in the brain.

Joesthetics gained popularity as a bodybuilder and fitness vlogger, sharing his workout routine and training techniques on social media platforms. He was a resident of Dubai before shifting to Thailand, where he created the content that eventually propelled him to fame. The bodybuilder had over 8 million Instagram followers and nearly a million YouTube subscribers.

In a recent episode of fellow YouTuber Bradley Martyn’s popular show Raw Talk, Joesthetics spoke about having a rare genetic disorder that can affect muscle function. The disorder is characterized by excessive muscle tenseness, frequent “bunching up” of the muscles, and prominent rippling.

Joesthetics’ girlfriend Nicha confirmed his death on social media, claiming that he died from an undiagnosed aneurysm in the neck. She asked his fans to remember him as an “amazing and incredible person who done so much and got so far just by himself.”

She added that the bodybuilder complained of chronic neck pain three days before his death, but it was too late to treat him. In a post on her Instagram account, she also urged people to stay fit and exercise regularly.

During his career as a bodybuilder, Joesthetics achieved significant muscle mass using compound and isolation lifts for all major muscle groups in the chest, arms, and legs. He also focused on low reps to increase the intensity of a workout. This can promote muscle size gains and also facilitate fat loss. He was also known for his healthy diet and regular workout routines. He was a great role model to his followers and inspired many people with his motivational posts. His demise is a significant loss for the fitness industry. He was a beloved figure who his millions of followers will miss.
